Julian Lloyd Webber, chairman of Sistema England and founder of In Harmony, said that "while things are much better than they were 10 years ago, there is still a long and winding road ahead before we can say that all our children have access to music."

A debate in the House of Lords about music education for children with physical disabilities included positive comments about the In Harmony programmes in Newcastle, Nottingham and Telford.

The Nucleo Project children have come back from Turkey with very positive comments about this experience that was made possible through funding obtained by Sistema England.
